Ruth Allen, PhD (MNCPS)

Ruth is an author, therapist and movement and sound practitioner working primarily outdoors in landscape, and online. Combining her background in geology, with creative techniques drawing on a multitude of teachings and influences, she offers one-to-one sessions, group workshops, classes and retreats - all practical, slow magic - designed to help others connect with their bodies and the rest of nature through depth-full enquiry and tending practices that deepen our capacity to listen to ourselves and each other across the species divide.

Alongside her traditional publication record, Ruth also self-publishes writing-image hybrid projects that often start life as sited, ephemeral, land installations or encounters on themes of deep resonance and relational, geological intimacies.
